    mao ni bro?

Good kaayo ni bro for wood.. Pwede sad ni sa HPL high pressured laminates (formica, mikarta are brand names)

Downside: frequent change sa blade or sharpening.. Handy

For powertools edging gamit nalang ug portable trimmer with flush cutting bit...
Pros: can cut a lot with a single bit
Cons: contact cement (rugby is a brand name) build up that will clug the bearings

Balik ta sa wood putty vs. body filler.. It's totally different especially for applications..

In wood working especially wood.. We don't recommend using body filler..why

Body filler don't absorb finishes.. While wood filler does..
    Limitations in using wood fillers..

Wood fillers can fill up to 2mm diameter, more than that plug with same materials..
Other option to fill in pin holes..
Use a saw dust that are fine (saw dust made from sanding) and mixed it with pva adhesive..(white glue) then start filling the pin holes.. Let it dry then sand it with a sand paper..

Body fillers commonly used for automotive finishes..

If you ask me, can i use body filler as an alternative.. It's a No no, especially i'm dealing with stained finish, and how much more on natural finish..

    Edge banding:
Use pvc strip as thin as 1mm and it is available in the market.. Hpl can be used but it's hard to trim and handle..
There are also available thicker pvc with pre adhesive. Just heat with a hot iron to bond the pvc to your edge..

Metal vs. wood as carcase for sofa..

    For metal: use aluminum..

    Pros: easy to produce
Lighter material, just powder coat to protect it from rust

Cons: mag away mo sa upholster kay limited ra ang ma tackeran..

Wood: nahan kaayo ang upholster ani kay dali ra maka buhat sa sofa..
Cons: anayon kung d maayo pag treat sa wood..

Guys sorry if karon ra gyud ko maka reply.. I don't have the luxury of time to answer all your questions but, i make sure to answer them all whenever i can..

    Not familiar sa brand bro..
But let us make it a habit when buying unfamiliar brands..
    1. Service center.. Is it available locally..
    2. Are parts and accessories available locally ( add ons)
    3. Check reviews on the Internet but look for a third party blogger kay bias ang uban..
    4. Ayaw tuo sa sales man..
All they care about is sales.. They can sell crappy things and tell you how great that crappy tool is..

Nag palit ko ug ryobi na brand.. So far wala ko problem as long as you know the capacity what your tool can do..

    Maintenance
Always know your tool.. Common ma hurot is ang carbon brush.. Be sure kabalo sad ka sa parts and where to oil and stuff..

    To add:
When buying plunge router be sure you have the right speed.. Be sure at least you have 2hp amd above.. And a 1/2 shank extra couplings for 1/4 router bits.. Mao na sya ang pinaka important details you need when buying plunge router..

For trimmer 1/2 to 1hp is okay and a 1/4 shank..
