    I came from the Intuit account and here's what I've observed. If you hit your targets definitely your going stay. Intuit is a seasonal account. They don't have a heavy Q all year round I guess that's the time they come to a decision to reprofile agents that is at the bottom of the heap.

    my stats we're good since I was aiming for promotion, hell a lot of people who were transferred had good stats. Stream? a company who keeps telling they're agents to uphold professionalism??

    where's professionalism in texting someone to be present on X date for ops validation? THE SAME TL, who texted me to go to the office to simply update my oracle id and such.

    A company with "true professionals" would have their agents come over and let them sign something for doing this and that instead of TEXTING them over the weekend. Since when did texting become professional/formal they can't even give their agents reason why they are doing this and that, good agents get transferred while a FEW bad agents stay on the floor?? come to think of it, the company itself doesn't even know how to pick good managers.... "an account that has had 3 operations managers in less than 6 months goes to show that there is DEFINITELY something wrong there." 3rd OM is ok though..

    do you even know what's going on there?? TRAINERS DEMOTED to agent position want names? i can give you names!

    i know, i know but you still did not get my point and you did not even answered the question

    why INTUIT reprofiled 20 agents and then after releasing those 20 agents from the account, knocked on DELL to borrow 20 agents for 2 weeks?
    ka bogo na reasoning. nag floating ang 20 agents unya mag borrow 20 agents sa dell. i-train ang gi-borrow na agents for a week then take calls for 2 weeks sa intuit then balik sa dell. that ain't cost effective. ang result tagilid ang duha ka account. less headcount for dell = queueing, less headcount for intuit = queueing, katong 20 agents na floating diay? gi-unsa. pastilan. wa jud maghuna huna og tarong unsaon pag manage sa tawo.

    @thewicked46 - mao lagi, ang ilang concept kay stupid kaayo.. why promote someone, kung ila ra ghapon ibalik pagka agent.. they worked hard for it, why demote them, dba?
