Posted on August 10, 2010 by damarre
Some updates of previously posted construction projects. first is the large and long warehouse development by UKC Builders near Bulua Bus Terminal and Market Complex shown above.
Rumored to be an NFA Warehouse, this project is half-way done perhaps consisting of two long warehouses with a space at the middle possibly and entry from the main road beside Jetti Refilling Station.
Photos below were taken from nearby BIR Building.
more pictures.
Next update will be this 5-storey building at the corner of JR Borja and Daumar Streets in Cogon shown below. Work somehwat slowed these past few weeksmaybe waiting for the glass panels which have been installed lately.
Vineyard International Polytechnic College Building located at the corner of Corrales Avenue and Antonio Luna Street is also nearing completion as shown below. Pictures taken a couple weeks back.
This commercial building below located along CM Recto in Lapasan just beside Pimentel Iron Works is still going higher (vertical). No perspective is shown. Perhaps 3-4 storeys when finished.
Below is the status of the building being constructed at the former COC Annex along Vamenta Blvd. in Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Looks like a 2-storey building. In the background is the 6-storey apartment building (or dormitory) which also nearing completion.
Construction of the commercial building beside Polymedic Medical Plaza is also still ongoing as shown below. This building is expected to complement the hospital operations with pharmacy and coffee shop.
Lastly, CLIMBS Building along Bulua Highway is already taking shapejust a stones throw from pottery row. First posted last April 10, 2010, the building is expected to be completed by third quarter of this year.
