I am not sure if naa na ni sa back pages but i would like to ask lang if aside sa eon, naa pa bay other way of transfering funds from Paypal? How about thru bdo, posible ba?

Help! I'm stuck in a paypal blackhole. Money goes in but it can not come out. Nice Gimmick. I put money in. I have + balance but my sending limit is zero so I can not transfer money out. The money just sits there for the past 2 or 3 years.

amazon doesn't accept paypal... only credit cards mu dawat cla philippine based credit card..just ask ur bank if they allow dollar transactions. citibank does.

we have bought items several times na from there... if naa mo relatives mo uli from states, ok kau coz naa free shipping ang amazon...it will take 7-10 days lang maabot sa US... ok ra kau if wala mo nag dali.

shipping to phils would take around $15 or so depending on the weight or size of item.

Did you verify the account, are you a verified paypal member?

The blackhole account was US based, US address (before paypal came to Philippines) ; I can't link to a US bank since I am in Philippines.

Now, I never use Paypal. Aside from around 3% add-on on forex transactions, some sellers let you shoulder 3% paypal fees. Both ways that's 6%.

Credit card is better especially if dual currency. Buy in $ pay in $. Buy in PHP pay in PHP.

paypal probably restricted you account. You should contact them and ask how to resolve your problem. Read their terms and conditions and see which rule you violated with paypal..

They usually restrict accounts when they need additional information. Last month, my paypal account was restricted because they needed a proof of address. So i sent them a utility bill for proof of address.. after that, na resolve ra mn...
