naa 1 style brad, count the calories what you eat everyday. make it sure nga dili molapas ug 1,500 per day. to check that you are not exceed 1,500 calories you eat everyday - kanang imong gika-on like crackers naa nay nutrition facts sa luyo. if wala like rice, maka-measure man ka ana. just check lang sa internet kung how much na cya... put some exercise also at least 30minutes per day. It's guaranteed nga mo-lose ka ug weight at least 1lb per week. more than 3lbs pud every week is not good pud...
Proven na nako, pero naka-stop lang ko kay medyo tugnaw man gud diri unya na-busy sa work... so inig summer time, i'll be doing it again.
