Maybe they're just trying to make up for the sloppy first fight result where Pacquiao downed Marquez thrice in a single round but Marquez was still able to salvage a draw. . I sense something fishy here.hehehe

No 3 knock down rule means the referee can't call a TKO after 3 knock downs..... the fight must go on.....

but scoring will take into account the number of knockdowns

remember in the first fight between Pacman vs. Marquez

the score should have been 10-6 1st round for 3 knockdowns by pacman

but one judge scored it 10-7 a clear mistake
