How to Get PASSPORT in CEBU CITY

Hello guys, Im a newbie here. Please help me sort these concerns out.

Plano nako mokuha og passport, so necessary ba jud ang voter's id? what if ala ka ana kay ala paman ko nakapa rehistro gud. Pwede raba isa lang ka id i.present like school id?

if mokuha og NBI clearance, mangita ba sila og voter's id? what if ala kay voter's id?

i don't know kung asa nako ni i-post akong concern, and i saw this thread, murag relevant man sad ang topic mao nga diri nalang ko mo-post. TS ug mga mods, if nakalapas ko, pasaylo-a. i just need help on this one.
gusto tana ko makakuha ug passport but i don't wanna get through a lot of hassles, (kay busy ko) gusto tana ko nga muhatag ra kog mga requirements and then get my passport in a week or so nga dili na ko mag-overnight ug talay-talay sa DFA. can anyone suggest a licensed travel agency for me to go to? please please with sweet cherry on top holler me in my inbox if you know a place, thanks a LOT!

daghan man ka pwedi agency adtuan pohpay, pro dili garantisado nga di ka ma hasol, although dili nka magsayo sa DFA pra linya ky the angency will do that for you, nya need man jud gihapun ka muad2 sa DFA ug do usual na process minus lang ang pag ad2 sayo ug linya...ug di man dali dali makuha dayun in a week ang passport, pinakasayo siguro ky 10-15 days. hehehe..good day pohpay

axelrod, aku nahibaw an dra sa pacific mall na DFA ky 10-15 days ila express/rush na process, 1200 petot, pro for now ky suspended pa na nga sevice, ila available ky kad2 regular ra nga process which is 950 petot, 25-30 days...ambot knus-a mubalik kad2 express/rush na service nila. about the NBI, pwedi rman wala, secure lang ka other documents naa sa ila website, pwedi ra TOR, police clearance, barangay clearance, if hanap imu NSO birth, pangayuan man gro ka ug LCR or Baptismal...nya photocopy jud daan sa mga documents pra lahus lahus na...hehe

Dili kelangan voters ID. any valid government ID ila kelangan. I doubt if mudawat na sila ug school ID.

Mu dawat na sila ug School ID oi. Pagkuha nako kay school ID ug driver's license (student permit) ra ako dala nga id's
