(1) i was disappointed w/ the Q&A answer. i wasn't disappointed on her winning the crown and the judges. she still has lots of room to improve while the judges have their reasons why they chose her.

(2) i DID NOT say ok ra tutal NO Q&A ang Miss World. I said no q&a sa Miss World is AN ADVANTAGE to those having weak spots in answering BUT it does not mean she will stop herself from improving.

(3) i suggested to hinay2x lang sa negative comments & criticism. much better kng CONSTRUCTIVE.

(4) NOT ALL NEGATIVE CRITICISMS are called CRAB MENTALITY. but the way one does it could make it one. i am talking about CRAB MENTALITY in general. sori nlng gyud sa naigo...

(5) WHEN i defined CRAB MENTALITY as our SOCIAL DISEASE nga way tambal, and giving out phrase examples from this thread, THAT is not name-calling. i repeat, NOT NAME-CALLING. sori nlng gyud kaau sa naigo. sakit tuod, lisod lamoyon pero tinuod man gyud. call it pride or whatever...the one thing i am guilty of name-calling was one time to Rock Candy. and i apologize for that.

The problem started when people mentioned about crab mentality. Kamo mismo wala ni respect sa opinion sa ubang taw. If they didn't like the result of pageant, what can you do? If they were courageous enough to say what they think about it, and you didn't like it, you have a bigger problem.

If you just accepted the opinions as that, walay gubot oi.

Her age was not the question but her inexperience. She did great in Bb. Pilipinas as a first timer but being a first timer is not an excuse, it's a very lame excuse. She might have pushed through it because she knew that she got what it takes which is good, she's got the confidence indeed. But to flank in the Q and A portion with an answer that doesn't make any sense at all (and not to mention her English)? That's not just funny especially when foreigners are watching it too. It's embarrassing not just for Janina San Miguel but for Philippines as well. We can accept her excuse as a first timer for her miscue but doing it in Bb. Pilipinas is too much.

We can look forward to the future with Janina's improvement but we can't deny the fact that her mishaps "might" leave a mark on Philippines' already very tarnished image.
