one of the students involved is the daughter of cebu city councilor joey daluz.

And with that lead, if her daughter is the one that's mentioned in the Cebu City Government website. Well, all I can say is her Facebook profile is open. I was able to browse some of her album. Though obviously, some were already deleted.

And get this, her facebook profile alone has 2,167 friends. And they were wondering how the picture got leaked.
