These professionals are giving donations because they believe the church will do good with the money.

What we're seeing now is, the Church is setting aside a sizable portion of the donation for other purposes other than what they were intended for.

We're giving money to the church not because we want them to invest it... rather, it is supposed to help the poor...

What the church is doing is tantamount to malversation and misuse of public funds and Betrayal of public trust.

If I gave you 100 pesos with the understanding that the money will go towards the poor, then you instead use the money in investments which earn you 10 pesos giving you 110 pesos total.

Does that give you the right to own the 10 pesos since the money used to earn that wasn't yours in the first place?




they can spend millions to protect themselves IF they really are innocent. BUT as we know, those who are guilty end up just paying off the child abuse victims and get transferred to another location.

This is a poor example. If you've looked into the history of religious groups bai even cults even the so-called Skull & Bones society and you will see a pattern. Nakakita ba ka ug bogo niapil diha sa mga grupo?
