    eat 5-6 meals a day...
    drink juices (fruit or any other drink)
    it will increase your carb intake...

    then to atleast slow down metabolic rate.. try to rest.. for (ectomorphs since they are naturally active)

    even if you work alot.. it doesn't matter

    then do this for 2 months.. then check again.. i'm sure you'd gain..
    don't just keep on saying lisud and other reasons..

    do it first..

    bisag vegetarian manambok oi..

    calorie count man gyud na..

    and like for example Potatoes are good for recovery... these are High Glycemic Index Carbohydrates..
    Which is not suitable for a nutrition program on fat loss..

    and if veggies ra gyud ang kan-on..
    lisud ang muscle gain..
    as what critics would say.. there will be insufficient protein intake if veggies ra gyud kan-on.. pila ra gud protein ana 1 cup or daghanon pa nimo ang brocolli.. you should count your carb, protein, and fat intake..
