BEchamel sauce :
milk 300ml
2 kung whole clove(dli na garlic clove) but
u cn buy a powdered clove na mcormick (small pinch)
nutmeg small pinch
1/2 of white small onion
white roux:
equal amounts of butter and flour...
1st of all
make the roux by heating the butter n putting in
the flour till it forms a ball(ayaw sunuga)
put milk in a small saucepot
put other ingredients in.. exept roux
scald it.... skim the film that forms on top.
strain the scalded milk
thicken with roux...
(if nahan ka mu butang ug cheese butangi na dri na part/ last na...)
dli na recomended ang cheese sa seafood but if nahan mu butangi lng..
