    ayaw nalang pag asa bro, anha ra na cla mo lihok kung regular na mo.. anha mo ibutang sa lain account kung ma regular mo.. samtang naa pka dha pahimusli.. pabaga sa nawng (meaning: after 1 month pabalikon ka sa stream, i floating ka nila.. all you have to do is log in and log out). stupid kaayo ilang concept, mo hire cla ug bag.o kay replacement sa mga old ones. ang old ones? floating ghapon.. sayang kaayo kwarta nila sa training pa lang daan.

    i need ur advise..

    I plan to resign..
    ok ra immediate resignation or 30days notice?
    next week naa koy product training then i plan to resign 2nd week sa aug..
    gusto ta ko mo join sa training para bayran pako nila kay i was on VTO for almost 2months(UNPAID pa jud)..

    makabayad ba ko ana ug training bond?
    under probee contract ko that will end on SEPT
    dapat ba nko tiwason nalang pagkaprobee or ok ra resign dayon?

    Ugh, used to work for that godforsaken company... anyway, here's what I can suggest, compose a letter and address it to Oli stating that you'd wish to resign from the company with the training bond waived. That's what most of my friends did, 30 days or immediate, you are still bound to the company unless you have documentation from the site director himself that your training bond has been waived.

    gipa VTO ka for 2months? kapoy jud na ilang style, I don't know ngano ing.ana sila ug style oie...

    I used to work with Stream, my account was Vonage. I find them really hard to regularize an employee. I have worked with them for 5 months. They ended my contract that time. WORST, even if they ended my contract they asked me to pay the training bond., which in the first place is wrong. My Team Lead informed me work days ends 09.08 so after that day I not report to work. 2 days & 8 days after I recieved return to work letter from them. I never paid a centavo. They ended my contract why should I be paying their training bond?

    come to think of it - why would they borrow 20 agents from the DELL account to be reprofiled to intuit for just two weeks and returned back to dell 2 weeks after

    and the reason --- HIGH CALL VOLUME?

    so mao diay to ang 20 agents na gi borrow from dell para pulihan katong gipang reprofile? liboga oi

    come to think of it: HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS = NEEDS MORE HEADCOUNT? why reprofile 20 agents when there is a need to have more people to go on auto-in to meet the service level of the client? binogo na rason!

    may na lang gani katong mga gpang kuha nila na agents coming from the dell account to intuit gibalik dyapon sa original account. oh well resign na mo oi. wa may ayo tingali cge ra mo pa leave without pay. unsaon na lang na wa na moy bugas pampalit kung ingon ana lang ila style.

    consipiracy theory

    20 agents reprofiled from INTUIT account
    reason: high call volume
    manpower: less 20 agents for intuit

    20 agents from DELL account "borrowed" for 2 weeks to take in calls sa INTUIT
    reason: because kulang daw headcount ang INTUIT
    manpower: less 20 agents for dell and additional 20 agents for intuit

    those 20 dell agents went training again sa intuit for like a week
    they took calls for 2 weeks and got back to dell 2 weeks after
    at that time a new wave of agents from intuit fresh from client specifics training are waiting to be deployed sa operations

    so what happened to those 20 agents na gi reprofile from intuit >>> unpaid leave... how do you explain that? nag hago hago ra sila train 20 borrowed agents from dell and another wave to be deployed.

    If I understood it correctly, kaduha sya nakadawat ug report to work. On the 2nd day ug ika 8th day.

    2 days after wa na sya ning duty ug 8 days after. ambot ug sakto ba hehehe
