it goes like this;
na hire ko sa lrdc, i wud be starting this may na.
tapos my current employer counter-offer me, they will give same salary as what lrdc offer.
basically, pareho na cla, and the thing is, sa curent emplyer, before ko na hire sa lrdc, i went to them and ask if my i'll be promoted and they say nga dili. And after lrdc hired me, they changed their mind.

im confuse because, what if in lrdc i can grow and d fact they believe in me for the reason nga they hire me. ug basin naa puy training sa gawas.
actually, just one panel interview lng den mao na dayon.

what should be the best decision i can do? Any advice? go for lrdc or stick sa current employer? hope u can gv me a hint ky probably nxt wek kinahanglan na nga mkachoose ko to stay or not. hehehe
