Dressing must be appropriate to the place and occasion. If you are in carbon market, do not wear skimpy dresses. Obviously, you will attract catcalls and snide remarks. Vis-a-vis, you won't wear your formal dresses to carbon too.

If you go to Greenbelt to Ayala Cebu, you will not (never?) hear bastos remarks.

i totally agree with this. as a woman, i am dressing up the way my mood wants me to dress up. i can go to flashy down to scanty. to rich heiress down to a beggar *like wearing clothes that can be considered as a rag*. i can wear a tube top and minis with platforms when i feel bored with the monotony of life just to feel different and then i can go to wearing a dress, looong skirt with looong sleeved blouses and loooose pants if i feel bland to the point that i want to be more bland than the food i eat. because that is how i express my mood for the day and no man shall restrict me from doing so. kung madistract mu or mglaway mu or mkaattract man kug jerk attention, d na nako na problema masking mgkaumod umod pa mo dra.

Nwei, that only applies to me man pud kai d man pud ko tigtagad masking bayuokon na ang lake manitsit. basi knang uban pud nga magsuot ug ingana ka mubo kai super lingi pud pg sitsitan mao samot mkaattract ug attention.

i wear what i want to wear and walk the way i want to walk and no man can stop me from that. the only man who can ever get my short span of attention would be my fiance. because his eyes see beyond what he sees in me. and he respects me with whatever i choose. he treats me as his equal and not his little minion. mao lan! heheh...in short, d ko modest nga pgkababae. that is if modesty is based on fashion trends.
