IMO, if we want to have beautiful skin, we can get that through proper hygiene, eating the right food and a healthy lifestyle. All those factors have one thing in common: keep on doing it. So I guess, we should maintain what's good for our skin. However, base from my experience with this product, I was able to consume 2sets before I got clean and clear skin then after that, I got tired of doing it everyday (kai niandar ang tapol), I wasn't able to do it regularly, then finally settled to just wash my face with kojic every night and placenta in the morning.

I am grateful nga wla na nibalik ako bugas like before even if I ceased to maintain the obaji set. One big zit would just come and go every mens period which i think is normal. What I do maintain is the kojic at night and placenta with spf in the morning.

But then again, it all depends in one's skin reaction. Just observe lang sis if your skin would still be great even if you stop the application.
