@oakboy - naa jud oi.kami pa nga mao ra ni amo paaboton kada semana.si chocomai man usually magdecide sa time of practice but until now wala pa siya post.murag mga 5pm tingali.i have classes till 7pm so apas ra ko.

@kid - paadto-a tj ugma aftyer work niya.apas raman sad gani ko.

guys, im new in grappling and have no experience with it, as in zero jud.hehe. asa mo gapractice? pwede moapil? pila ang fee?

boys and children, practice tomorrow, same time, 4pm...

i have important things to do from 1 to 4pm (very important stuff)

i hope tomorrow everybody would have significantly improved. and everybody has self-assessed their weaknesses.

we will try to focus less on high resistance sparring and do skill improving drills ugma.

like
-maintaining the guard/open guard
-maintaining side control/side mount
-being defensive in the bottom position

let us not focus too much on submisions, because submissions are the easiest part to practice, and they make us tired faster.

sa labangon,bro..wala man mi bayad..hatag lang mi ginagmayng donation ni chocomai para sa maintenance ug sa abang sa place..

pwede pa man tingali apil thats if korsonado jud ka kay gikapoy naman gud mi mangadto lang unya kalit lang kawagtang or adto lang para makig spar..

No one offers formal training of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here in cebu, not doce pares, not yawyan ardigma, not yawyan in colon.
Some gyms incorporate grappling into their arsenal, especially yawyan and many other striking based schools. but no real BJJ instructor.
although DAGHAAAAAAAN kaayo sa manila nga BJJ jud.. sa cebu wala.. BJJ is so expensive to practice formally
(sa manila its 3,000 pesos a month plus you have to buy a Gi)

@Oakboy check direction instructions here, na post na nako a couple of times. Ill see what i can do with google earth soon.
