Regarding STC's rule, code, and the like. A former Theresian friend of mine said that they are really strict, even with their faculty. Once, there was a male teacher who applied, was hired, and was already teaching; but when they background-checked him, they decided to let him go. Why? because he got his wife pregnant before they were married.

Know the root issue of both sides. Don't bashed out non related to the issue of your hatred to the church.

Ok you might be right but since the judge had the pictures, received the parties respective memorandums and burned candles to study the case, he is best in position to make a decision.

If one is a law abiding citizen, one should follow a court order otherwise they had considered themselves above the law and in contempt of court. Chaos would result if everyone had the initiative to defy a court order on the basis that he believes it is morally right to do so.

I guess that the TRO was defied on the ground that there was no bond imposed upon its issuance. I do not know the facts as to whether the TRO was received or not, or whether the court sheriff was refused entry. But then perhaps it was done through Atty. Balili's advice.

If they had already submitted themselves to process under the legal realm, then they should submit themselves totally and not use the separation of church and state line.
