taken inside the walls of sta monica grounds @ vigan ilocos, whats interesting about their old walls is that heres where they used to torture all those who oppose the church and the spaniards, they would chain them, rack them, and shoot them. according to the in charge here, they still hear sounds of chains, and sometimes see ghastly smokes wandering the grounds in broad daylight. . .
and here I was tailing as the last visitor waiting for everyone to leave para hawan ako shots..hehehe, wla man nagpakita so far...

the church of sta monica- known to be the venue of the wedding of the century. it has one of the longest aisles in asia and one of the oldest in the phils. its ceiling has collapsed already so they replaced it with red wood mahoganny aligned to support the roof. the red wood adds to its reddish feel with the brick walls.
