regarding vietnam, the defeat is more like political, they are defeated because nam was unfamous war on their homefront, militarily US is winning the attrition... beside... you cant fight an unconventional war with atrition...

Technically Vietnam won the war, when North Vietnam captured Saigon the capital of South Vietnam. BUT STILL

You can never be so sure about that, Obama's administration has been very much aggressive since last year.

China is not picking a fight. yes naay aggression cguro sa spratlys..it is because we can't even prove our claim. same issue rani sa malaysia-sabah issue.
