    1) "flaming thread" - i guess your the one who needs that...
    2) well i gave you articles b4... and, and those were all in google... try gani search "Herbalife Scam"
    3) lets say its legit... for now... as i always quote it "just like other SCAM companies"
    4) wala mo ko moliko brad. ang imong post are the words and sentences used by "SCAM companies" quoted please.

As for non-SCAM MLM/network marketing business... try gani ang AVON, BOARDWALD, DAKKI, NATASHA... they have nothing to hide, and people don't term them as SCAM...\

for a WELL ADVERTISED health product: paminiwa nya ang mga silingan nimo... they will use the terms "pag Roch oi" ... or lets say one of the best plastics i've ever seen in networking history...

WE ARE FILIPINOS, and we live in the Country called Philippines... or maybe i just patronize FILIPINO products lang dyud. i dont know... but come to think of it... support Filipino Heath products like ROCH... or VITA Plus (as what i've heard)...

about the LA Galaxy... mura ra gud na ug kadtong sa lain SCAM Companies with Cris Aquino... or kanang naa si Boy Abunda, or kadto pa dyud sa una nga gi gamit pud sa forever living, and others.. hahay... as again quoted: "Ways of SCAM Companies"... only paid advertisements lang yan bro... but still they cant afford Philippine advertisements... hehe wala pa gani ma tubag ang local advertisement... hahay.. pero ayaw nalang.. imo na bitaw na proove ... ang MR X, Y... which is normally "WAYS of the SCAM companies"

as for good and well maintained names... sa office nako... sikat dyud nang AVON, BOARDWALK, DAKKI, NATASHA... gi allias nalang gud ang namaligya ug ms avon... or ms boardwalk, or ms dakki, or miss natasha... lolz... a good way of saying: Network Marketing like the names mentioned are doing great! -- and come to think.. well known names.... even ang bata mosulti ug "DAKKI"

---naa pud DXN, Herbalife, etc... pero let me quote herbalife... wala dyud dungog nga ni prospher ang iya gisudlan... kaluoy.... kalasa sa wawart ato oi... maayo pa ang buwad nga iyang gibaligya dungog pa kaayo.

like i said bro, when LA Galaxy played.. Nag advertise sad nah cla at the same time. pla na ka years ang LA Galaxy nag sul-ob ana nga jersey bro... taud² na. Herbalife nag sponsor ana so klaro kaau nga legit ang company since nka sponsor cya ug 1 ka soccer team nya makit-an pa jud ang brand sa name worldwide sa mo tan-aw ug soccer. its called an Advertisment bro.

when Mr. X sells the products to Mr. Y. when Mr. Y is satisfied w/ the products, he wants to reorder again. Mr. X recruits him to become a distributor and told Mr. Y what are the advantages of being a distributor. Mr. Y agreed so he becomes a downline of Mr. X.

Question: do you think Mr. X automatically gets even a single centavo when Mr. Y becomes his downline?
    Answer: No

Question: how can you earn then?
Answer: when Mr. Y orders the products, thats how Mr. X gets his commission.

Question: Mr. Y dont know how to sell the products or how to recruit. how can he earn money?
    Answer: there are 2 ways....
1.) attend free trainnings every Saturday
2.) when people notice you lose weight, people will ask how you do it... so business comes in naturally. for more info... join our Business Opportunity Meeting.

so basically... nagpataka ra mo. Since Network Marketing ang Herbalife, dha mi sa products nag concentrate. pag sure sad cguro mo wui...

EDIT: for me, this is better than Networking Business aside from its scams. if you dont have new recruits and your downlines dont have recruits also in a month in Networking Business, then you get Zero. but here in Herbalife, even you can't recruit or sold the products in a month same with your downlines, at least your downlines will purchase the products like the rest of the distributors so you can still earn money.

Now Mr. X gets his commission from the order of Mr. Y, which he doesn't really sell, but pays up to become a distributor. Mr. X encourages Mr. Y, not to sell, but to recruit more downlines who can purchase outright, so he too can get his commission or investment back. There is no actual selling. It's recruitment for eternity.

Who's Herbalife fooling This is an obvious distortion of a simple explanation to hide a pyramid scheme

No wonder all those who've come to invite me to Herbalife never introduced me to the product properly. They're more concerned with how many downlines I can produce.

Now care to explain why Herbalife finds it so difficult to advertise in the TV and Radio? It must be really hard when you got many things to hide, especially when it flares up some old issues like class suits filed by your own distributors and many that have been duped.

And 1% of the entire Herbalife population earning for the company is not exactly what you would call successful in terms of sales.

If Avon or Natasha worked this way, they'd be long dead by now.
klaro na kaayo nga si MR HERBALIFE maoy nag tubag sa unsay gusto natong ipasabot... mangita pa dyud ug losot... SAKPAN na ka duh!
