Danvil PPL in SM, any comment?

i was one of the ppl gidagit sa sm.. last july 3 to siya... mga 3 hrs ko didto sa sulod kay sige lang sila convince sa akoa bahin ana ilang endowment plan. beware jud mo ani, they will use ur weakness against you! kay kato during "orientation" was ila ko gipa sulat unsa ako mga hopes and dreams, and from there didto nila gi revolve ang ila storya, didto sila nag diskarte aron makakuha ko ug plan sa ilaha..... grabe kaau sila ka misleading jud, the girl told me na if i want to stop it na daw i can get my money anytime, kay akoa gud ang money dili sila mag buot.... next was, they said they will need my card then tanawon nila kung approved ba ako card. next thing i know they charged my credit card with the amount of P7,600 (mao ni ang initial deposit kunuhay sa said plan para nako). before pa nako gi hatag ako credit card, the girl told me i can use my credit card to pay for the initial deposit and pwede sya paylite so I decided na ako ipa 6 months to pay ang amount.... nya after na gi charge ako credit card ila ko gi ingnan ako pa daw manawag sa bank ana.... mao na to gisapot ko, samot pa jud na suplado kaau ang assistant manager....

the other day nanawag ang customer service from manila kay nag survey kuno sya kung unsa experience nako kato pag orientation.. so i told him galagot ko kay misleading kaau to gi ingon sa babae and im thinking of cancelling my account. ana sya, if u want to cancel settle it before Aug 3 so mao to i went there ganina hapon to have it cancelled.... i talked to customer service there and told the girl i want to cancel. she asked me why so i told her why. then nanawag sya ug lain and that other girl sat down and talked to me and asked me why napud. gi lisud lisud jud ko nila bah. well to cut the story short, dili nila icancel ako account coz they said after 1 year pa daw nako makuha ang money kay naa daw sa contract (na wala ko kabasa tanan kay ila ko gi diktaran unsa i-fill up then gipa sign dayun ko) gi basol pako niya na ngano daw karon pako mu cancel why not the day after daw ko ning sign up ning cancel. sala na diay nako ni ron. na kabalo ko ang account magsugod sa mga transactions kay aug 15 pa. so mao na, i called our lawyer and i hope makatilaw jud ni sila

kamo mga peeps, beware lang jud mo! kana na sila naka dark green ug uniform ga tambay outside BDO sa sm dapit sa lighters galore na stall. if they ask u naa ba mo credit card or atm, diretso-a na WALA!!! kay believe me, madala jud mo nila...

UNSA NI ILA? WAY PUGSANAY PERO WAY BALIBARAY? mao lagi ni usahay kanang pirma lang ta nya wa gyud ta kabaw unsa atong gi permahan..... nahug na ug pangilad na.... buhat buhat ug istorya lain pero wala sa contrata nakabutang. paita.... unsa naman tawn ning mga tao ron....

if ingon ani na ni ka klaro ilang style, why isnt SM doing anything about it?

aw manghugas raman pod ang sm mu ingon raman pod na sila nga ila raman client. may unta mu file mu tanan giilad ug formal complain pero since ni PIRMA mu sa contract. wala gyud muy habol aning kalakiha..... and if ever you backed out lisod lisoron paka. i wonder asa sila kuha sa funding ana,...... basin simbako lang ma pareha ni sa LEGACY tsk tsk ari nalang ko sa clarong banko.... why i would risk my money on an investment nga wala ta kabaw. is it insured to 500k ? delicado kaayo sa tabla

nakabasa man ko somewhere na ga lain lain ni sila ug names, before kay Family First ni sila... nag change ug name kay lugi kuno... ambot lang ha!!!!

well anyway, scam sila tungod sa way nila panguha ug client. ingnan ka naa ka chance makadaog ug car, hatagan ka ug free gift, only if mu kuyog ka nila and listen to their 45 min orientation about sa ila company kay ga promote lang daw sila sa company nila.... oh diba coolness kaau paminawon... nya ig adto nimo sa ila office pa imnon pa ka ug iced tea... char! pero ig sugod na sa orientation, mao na na ang nightmare.... mga 5 mins lang tingali to ingnan ka 45 years na daw sila in business, naa pa sila newspaper clipping gi frame nila then gi bitay sa wall, next poster was the pic of their CEO then next palingkoron naka sa one of the tables naa didto... nya sugdan naka ug baligya sa ila plan....


update nalang pud... i went there last Sunday coz i was advised by citibank to submit a letter requesting to have my account cancelled then ipa receive lang nila.... i made 3 copies, i told them 1 copy is for them, 1 for the bank, and the other 1 is for my lawyer.... ang girl nag entertain sa akoa wala nako lisod lisori, she signed the letters then she told me to submit the original copy of the policy para daw ma process nila ang cancellation....

kasugat na ko ani nila...mao jud na akong itubag nga wala koy credit card kay wa man sad jud...then mao to di naka nila sundon....

pero kabantay ko ani ilang mga laki nga empleyado kay pulos bayut...mao jud cguro ni manulti ang mga bayut...hehe
