Based on this expriences, I will not buy land properties anymore, because of these estate taxes, I better place my long term investment in a money market(mutuals fund or stocks). Liquidity in money market is easier than in properties. And tax free.

This is the current situation about asset protection:

Car worth 1M = issured with a comprehensive insurance covered 1M also
    House worth 5M = issured with 5M
You = how much insurance you need?
    Answer:

Total all your assets if your in business, be sure if it is 50M assets, insured it with 50M insurance. That is my advice.

But some don't know the exact insurance coverage they need. You better find financial advisers, they can give you some insights. Choose advisers that fits to your needs(it's my advice). Choose an adviser that really do the mission, not the commission.

    Here's the system:
Clients put money on Mutual Fund...
IMG gets commission from the Finance Institution...
The Finance Institution gets more money... then lend it to businessmen
    The institution earns through interest..
The businessmen that borrowed would venture a business..
    And eventually becomes richer.
You almost got it right, but that's not really how it goes. Mutual Fund is not in the lending business (not like banks).
Try to learn more about mutual funds - it's also one vehicle to let your money grow the right way.

.. that's how I grow in this sector that I'm in!

I just don't want to be the 3rd servant in THE PARABLE OF THE TALENTS..
Who hid his 1 talent in fear of losing it.
That's saving or what mutual fund is in modern setting.
I opt to be the 1st or the 2nd servant who takes the risks in growing their talents.

I don't agree with this quote, I think money of the 3rd servant didn't gain interest. But in long term investments, you can gain interest. Don't compare it with mutual funds with a fund that is hidden underground. =)

And I think in investing also needs talent. Mutual funds in another option to let your money grow. If you have talents in money market, go for it. For me it is the best because the liquidity is easy and tax free. I will not invest into properties anymore. Only the government will gain your assets if you failed to preserve your estate.

yes sis, if dli ka gusto dn don't force yourself in marketing
its a job that cant be imposed
kaw bahala on where u want to be.

But im encouraging you to explore your potentials..
It myt not be necessarily in marketing
but never put yourself foreever in employment..
kana lang ako point to share.

    let me share this:
im a licensed engr (ECE), grad of USC
when i was emloyed in Lexmark
    i got cisco short courses
got some masteral units for robotics
these i did to climb up the ladder of employment
becoz i thought ECE is my world
but then i become too frustrated, my finances is not getting better
they didnt even care to see what i did for the company.
    I then quit work immediately.
    Without any carreer to jump.
But i believe it was all in God's hands.

I am now 27. Have my own company when I was 26.
Nobody may think ill end up here,
My parents didnt have any bznz...
We are a striving family of employees & we dont have extra resources
    Everything start from zero
    But im happy now
If i had bn dr till this time, Lexmark ray madato sa ako paninguha.

    But you know what?
The foundation and the heart of my company is marketing.
I became a Marketing Director of a well-known real estate developer when i was 25
And i used that experience to create my own company 1 yr after.
My company is a Real Estate Sales and Construction firm.
And its too far from ECE, which i studied hard for 7yrs. (including my masterals)

im not showing this to boast or to push marketing
    This is to encourge you...
Not to shroud yourself all in IT
Explore ur potentials for greater achievement.
