    sa akong kabahin bro... 5'4" raman ko... small built ang body... ang ako s ma toned lang.. pero padako.. dili na kay mura ta ug boltobs ana.. hehehe....

    this is somewhat R-Rated... hehehehe... ok lang ba mag JO even though nagworkout ka? (privately ha not publicly) are there any side effects on this or magpigil gyud ka para increase imo testosterone levels? (di ba we need testosterone for muscle building?) any comment on this

    from what i understand.. this is what makes men more buff than women... even if the training, weight, set, reps ect are the same men will always be buffier (buffier?? is there such a word? Lol) than women.. unless of course if women take these.. then they would be buffed like men..

    pero di ba there are instances that low testosterone levels ang uban mga males, which in turn taas taas ang ilang estrogen level (mao tingale na nga naay manbo obs or underdeveloped secondary characteristics) so some take hormone replacement supplements.. so if you do the sariling sikap, dili gyud ka mahutdan/low testosterone level? hehe... mawad an ta ug mojo ana like austin powers?

    buffier? i dunno if there's a word on that..hehehe beefier naa. more buffed can be...

    also speaking of supplements, are amino acids good? what aminos should you get? should you go for all the 23 amino acids that are present in one caps or pili on lang nimo ang mga certain amino acids nga imo kinahanglanon?
