You seem to know ALL and be ALL and ALL I can do is being ALL-right with you.

Knowing the FACTS and FIGURES is different by your so called " know ALL and be ALL " . I am a member , you are a critic . You are criticizing my fraternity . I reacted because it has flaws but I am not mad either because these are OPINIONS unlike other people ' NAGPAKA SWITO " and these are two totally different entities .

Would you be willing to write / blog on something about Alpha kappa Rho's achievements in socio economic activities , humantiarian services , brotherhood and sisterhood assistance ? I dont mind giving you the details and documentations of it .

See , blogging is different from news though both are mediums . News dont want these kind of headlines and stories , they want somethign negative and twisted stories . Too bad , they label the fratmember as the fraternity .

Diha ang pwerting pagka daghan na MISLEAD about brotherhood . You dont look for brotherhood in a fraternity , it is obviously the brotherhoods in itself . What I am trying to emphasize here is that , fratmembers grow together with a common goal of the fraternity and that way , the individual discovers the purpose of the existence of the fraternity he belongs to . Brotherhood is only a part of it .

academic fraternity?? FYI AKRHO is all over the globe... .. and it was formed and started in
University of Santo Tomas(UST)... and in accordance with UC not recognizing AKRHO yes that
is true pero sa UC rasad na... sa uban university ge recognize ang akrho...
and since you are generalizing the AKRHO.. in case you didnt know the late FRANCIS M. is an AKRHO member.. is he more like achieving public nuisance to you??

i am talking about AKP in the Cebu situation and not all over the globe. What i meant about "academic fraternity" is a fraternity that is school-based category just like De Molay, APO, TGP, and AKP supposedly. We all know that there are different types of fraternities out there.

sumala gud, naay AKP registred as a USC chaper, SWU chapter, and so on and so forth. that's why I said these frats are academically-based (or school-based) whether they are more into service, protest or into academic excellence.

Its all POLITICS . Wala gi register ang AKRHO sa University of Cebu kay ang ga kupot sa IFSA or whatever they call it in UC is TAU GAMMA PHI and ang admin sa ilahang students affairs kay TGP pod ang isa . For what I reason I dont know but it used to be registered .... weather weather lang . When at a time na AKP ang ga kupot sa UC before , its was TGP who got blacklisted .

By saying WALA NAKAPASAR sa ACCREDITATION is not appropriate because there is no acreditation at all . All you need is to provide a BYLAW , SEC REGISTRATION and ROSTER of MEMBERS . Thats it , a simple YES or NO decision whoever is in favor .

Lastly ... AKRHO is not an ACADEMIC FRATERNITY , its a SERVICE FRATERNITY . Not all fraternities are ACADEMIC BASED . Alpha Phi Omega is registered in UC , its not an ACADEMIC FRATERNITY , it existed as a SCOUTING ORGANIZATION , Tau Gamma Phi also as a protest fraternity . None of these are academic fraternities .

It really is not about NUISSANCES , its about who you know and not what you know . AT 1 time , only AKRHO was the registered fraternity of Cebu Doctors University , not even 1 fraternity made it to te students affairs but AKP . Weird eh ?

Sorry but I beg to differ. It's not politics but a simple matter of school policy.

I really don't know the history of AKP in UC but this is what I know now: they didn't accredit or "recognize" AKP in UC for the sole reason of fear or paranoia. We can't blame them can't we? They don't want to bring in trouble into their school.

Accreditation, recognition, whatever the term is, the point is that AKP is not accepted to operate inside their school.

Even their current Student Affairs director who handles all frat/soror issues is not and was not a member of any frat before. He said AKP must prove their worth first...

I know all these coz he was a close friend of mine during our high school years and we see each other sometimes even up to this day.

and about ACADEMIC FRATERNITY, it means school-based fraternity, whether a frat is a service, scouting, or a protest fraternity. that's why your frat has a USC chapter, SWU chapter, and so on.

mga peeps, kung gusto gyud mo mosulod ug frat or sorority, better join those nga ga hilum2x ra ug wala gapa buyag ang myembro like De Molay and APO. avoid those frats that made it to the headlines. u know what I mean. hehe
