No, Robert Baratheon was engaged with Lyanna Stark but Raegon Targaryan took Lyanna and bore a child with him. This is why Robert Baratheon hated the Taergayan so much and wants kill every one he can find. (Watch Season 1).

For the vision it was actually Raegon's son who is Jon Snow but Lyanna want to keep it a secret because it will most definitely be killed by Robert the current king at that time.
