Seriously? Steel versus wood? - wlay dent or mal-alignment? It's either you're watching too many Transformer films or you're just too dumbfounded by facts. Here's a scenario for you...

    1. Get a wooden baseball bat.
    2. Go outside and find a Car.
    3. Then strike the car's bonnet/ hood with your bat very hard, just once.
    4. Mulukso ko ug tulay, if wlay dent mahitabo. (Unless babaye kau ka muhapak)
huh!? nakig lalis pa ka ani? ok last nanako ni na reply but frst of all unsay connection sa transformer?... really imo i compare ang car na steel ug pcg boat na steel? ikw man kaha so called experrt ani kay as u said wala koy kabaw anan but as to my knowledge mas gahi man galing nang materials made out ang pcg boat kaysa car? and asa man sa ako post gi ingn na di ma damage ang ako gi ingn was if ikw wood na boat mo dasmag ka sa mas dako sa imo? and imong analogy sa bat and car murag layo ra man kaayo mas closer galing if ang car hapakon nimo kay bisag kanang armored car lng kay pcg boat raba atong gi storyaan ... and if lumping and mag leak ang steel na boat ma unsa kaha ang wooden boat?

Sir, your argument is invalid. I can't believe you actually take things too literally.

Seriously? PCG boats aren't armored tanks or armored carriers. Their hulls are weak, unlike tankers or cruise ships.

PCG hulls ranges from 5mm up to 10mm, this is about 0.3968 Inch.
While car sheet metal have .0299" .0239" range thickness. This means, carsheets have almost the same thickness with PCG boat hulls, medyo mas thicker ang sa PCG. This is one reason I made the comparison.

This is simply saying our coast guards, who have risked their lives protecting our waters are liars? It can be possible, yes, they could have lied. But what would be their gain? If they really wanted to kill these fishermen, they could just have sprayed 500-1000 rounds of ammunition on this boat randomly. And annihilate all of them and sink the boat, simple as that. But they didn't.

Bullet holes where found almost near the engine, this is an indication they only wanted the engine to stop.

When a highway patrol asks you to pull-over, YOU PULL-OVER!
Not speed away, not fire back or ram that police car. Authorities have the right to enforce arms when warning shots have been fired and if their own safety is threatened.

Anyways, the investigation is still on-going. So you better zip your commie perspective.

Thank you Sir. it's a BFAR patrol polyship manned by the PCG. Not the Bigger, Steel-hulled Coast Guard Patrols donated by the US.
And this gives the PCG a better reason to avoid ramming.

Glass reinforced polymers on BFAR Patrol boat MCS-3001 built by Rodman Polyships are strongest and most resistive to deforming forces when the polymers fibres are parallel to the force being exerted, example, mga gasgas, if ma-garas sa corals, or ma bump sa usa ka bato.

These are not made to resist , projectile or missile attacks, collisions, perpendicular ramming.

on a personal note: i'll shoot any SOB who tries to ram/assult/attack me.some people here doesn't know how it feels like if your life is on the line.i would understand the actions made by the PCG personnel and i would do the same if i was on their shoes regardless what implications may it bring as long as i did everything to preserve my own life and i'll use as many rounds needed until they are neutralized. bahala priso ko basta buhi ko ug patay sila.ka baga nila ug nawng sila na ang daotan nya sila pa gyud ang isog.

nuff talk for me and i'll not entertain any rebuttal from any "experts" on maritime laws and rules of engagements here.

huh take things to literally? asa kaha sa ako statement mo support ana i simply ask na asa ma connect ang transformers na wa man koy gi ingn ana?? its still thicker and i dnt thnk na aluminum steel gamit sa boat like usual cars, I knw na dili carier ang boat sa pcg kay obvious au wala ta ana but the reason i made that comparison was are u seriously saying the wood na made of ang baseball and fisherman boat are the same same ra ang thickness?? mas nindot galing if mo get ga baseball bat hapakon nimo ang duha if tan awon nimo if unsa maguba... as gi ingn nako sa ako post if mag leak ang mas bigger na steel boat ma unsa kaha ang smaller wooden boat? what would be their gain? daghan na sa news reklamo ani ikw n lng search kay ako peraonally wa man ko ka suway.. huh really commie views? taiwan is not a communist country taiwan is not china, hmm naako opinion of my own and i believe na dili ta pwede mo basta2 shoot anyone especially fishermans na who was just trying to make a living kita ka sa ila g balay? it was a normal small house luoy pud namatay tungod sa isda. sala niya but i dnt thnk he deserve to die para sa kana na sala. mao nang commie views? or am i taking things to literally na pud..I knw na walay pa na human ang investigation mao na opinion ra nako tanan ako g ingn asa man sa ako statements na ni ingn ko na facts ni tanan ako gi pang sulti. but it goes both ways sa ato duha
