    naa'y barato nya effective pud. as in dili gyud kah gutmon. manginit pjud cge imung lawas mao nah cge kah singut nya inum tubig. zhen de shou ang name. adto mu palit sah happy herbs kai daghan nah fake ron. tg.150 rman to ang box nya ten capsules nah. research lang gyud mu daan about it kai daghan ng.ingon nga naa ni mga side effects. dili pud ni advisable sah mga masakiton sah heart or unsa dira. bsta, i.google lang ninyu. effective super pero daghan side effects pud. naa rna ninyu if inyung i.risk inyung health para seksi2x. hehehe.

    i knu someone noh nga 135lbs xa and now within a year lang daw she is 108lbs..
    idol nako gud when i heard na inunAna ka dali iya loose weight..

    nakuhaan ko og 15 lbs in one month..
    ang akong gbuhat?
    06:00 am - quaker oats (1/2 cup)
    09:00 am - 1 Sky flakes fit (or anything biscuits)
    12:00 pm - Lunch with NO RICE, puro lang sud.an, balahan dayon og 1 apple or saging
    03:00 pm - 1 Sky flakes fit nasad
    06:00 pm - 1 bowl salad with NO DRESSING (lettuce, carrots, sinkamas, cucumber), 1 century tuna flakes in water or brine(for protein)

    dapat NO RICE.
    2 cups of tea, morning and afternoon.
    i take a walk to office and home for about (30 minutes) - mao ra ni akong exercise kay no time..
    simple, antos lang ang katapat
