Hi guys! I caught myself with extreme guilt when I forced my friends to resign from their previous BPO company and encouraged them to follow me in TP.. God! naglisud sila ug gasto sa limpak limpak na 80.46 per hour rate with NO BENEFITS AND ALLOWANCES!!! Amazing!!!

Yes kabalo na naay reaction na nganong nisign ko sa contract... well, i signed the contract because they way it was explained by HR is different from the fine prints on the paper... My bad that I trust the HR... and naa pa sya'y linya nga "guys, you can party like a rockstar on pay day!"... so kinsa may motake time to read the fine prints anang mga linyah kuno aber?

This is way, way way thing of the past... Things are under better management now cgur its because nag start out pa sila ato nga tym but now, we are at our peak when it comes to professional growth and financial resource..

unsa na diay ka nindot ang TP rn? when i read the first 10 pages of this thread, puros negative ang feedback ang TP.. so, any enlightenment imong ma share if nindot ba ang TP na karn unlike in the past??

Well for starters, a lot of accounts came in... bigger and better opportunities await for those who seek professional growth...

second, the place is very nice, the people and all workers are very friendly...

Expansion has its peak for this year, next 3 mos from now, 3 huge accounts are coming in for TP...


and the salary? better than the past, very nice ang pay....

Well, depende ang range sa pay sa imong account e.g australian or US based. Medical i nsurance covered and employee 100% pay lang ka para sa imo dependents....
