A simple search in google can tell you that.

Youtube deletes licensed series. Since Code Geass is already licensed by Bandai, iirc, then it'll be hard for you to watch/search/wait for Code Geass episodes in youtube.
I did a little search in google and found a decent online streaming site. i'll pm the link. I tried episode 4 there. It seems working.

sometimes they say "Geass" the way they pronounced it in the original, other times they say Jis. well Geass (or Geis) is an Irish word anyway, I don't expect the Japanese to get it right.

i think there's no use speculating about CC's name is right, i think what was stated here before is correct.
