Good morning sa tanan. Speaking about our preparatiom regarding Physical Conditioning, I know nga knoledgable namo ani but duna lang ko gamay nga ishare. Dili nato ma underestimate ang RCPI climb sa babag coz the trek there is strenuous and we should be in good physical condition. That’s why cptn_star and j_opawmd recommended that we begin a fitness routine, especially one that includes regular hiking, as soon as we can, to be in top shape.
For me, it is strongly recommended that we will undergo an extensive training program for cardiovascular and strength conditioning which is to be executed for several days before an attempting our first climb. This program I think should include extended periods of time hiking with a weighted pack on consecutive days. Initially it takes about 2-3 days for the body to get adjusted to the new physical strains and routines, and by the second or third day, the walking generally becomes easier and one starts enjoying the trekking a lot more.
Try to imagine our trekking as an opportunity to experience whatever happens as an essential part of the journey. We should be prepared to find joy and fulfillment in all the moments of our trek, including the less pleasant ones that we hadn’t expected. Preparing to keep a very positive frame of mind throughout your trek, along with good physical conditioning, will insure that we are ready to experience all the wonders of mountains.

mao gyud...ok ra man ang trail but ang ka.bakilid, murag mo.hagal og pamaulan gyud ta kng wa ta na.andam daan physically. mao na as much as possible dapat maanad atong lawas labi na sa weight sa atong backpack kay bisan wa mo'y backpack mosaka didto, pamaulan ghapon mo, not to mention the exhausting climb. i remember a joke gkan sa akong kagrupo sauna sa peak sa RCPI when he saw me climbing nga gamit apil ang kamot earlier. ingon siya "partz, 4x4 na man lagi ka ron?" awh ako sad gitubag "di man gud kaya ang rear wheel drive lang partz"...hahaha
