also take a look at the quality of service. i think i'm not wrong in saying there is no other hospital in cebu that can match the standards at chong hua, you are getting the best medical care money can buy. it's not for everybody, if you can't afford it there are other cheaper hospitals, even government run ones. but can you get the same kind of service? in the first place, i think the reason people are complaining is because they want to be treated at chong hua but at cheap, unreasonable prices.
