as far as i can remember, since time immemorial ang Sotto mo regularize lang if u started sa ila Volunteer Program nila. once there is an opening mura ba ug inside hiring, u will still have to undergo qualifying exam along with ur kinakusgan na backer...

so gud luck looking for people who can endorse u to the top mgt. sa hospital for u to get the position!
