STRIKE TWO ni Jamby. First, she implicated FG in the FGI signature from NEDA docs. now she is attempting to link FG to the X-ray machine purchase just by presenting hearsay. naunsa?

    Election Computerization -
AFAIK, ang "Senate Mafia" man ang galawgaw ato during Erap's time. Allegedly led by no other than Serge Osmena III & Nene Pimentel. AFAIK, Osmena was campaign manager of FPJ. so dili ang GMA admin intawn ang involved ani. AFAIk, Osmena III was the one who also "bank-rolled" Pulse Asia’s survey to declare PGMA as the Most Corrupt President the Philippine’s ever had.

"Osmena’s actions apparently supported the illicit modus operandi of a group oddly, referred to as the “Senate Mafia”, who were bent on extracting financial gains from Senate contractors. The so-called Senate committee on Computerization headed by Senator Aquilino Q. Pimentel effectively canceled the contract on faults created by themselves."

Congress - let's be fair to the Congressmen. let's not make too harsh generalities about them...abi ky majority pro-admin man cla ing ana nlng atong pagtanaw nila...di sab na maayo.

    O.T.
    Election Computerization:
ang senate ga lawgaw? The law is there for election computerization, now it's the COMELEC who will implement it... now what happen? To make the long story short, it was find out the there was an anomaly with the project undertaking, it was even the SC who finalize that indeed the bidding of that project is flawed. So why is it that no one was charge?

    Fertilizer Scam:
Is the main person needed to be physically present so taht cases can be filed? It is not only Joc2x Bolante ang naghimo ani.

    Congress
Yes there are good congressmen, but mostly are after the PORK BARREL, i think one of the reason why ERAP was impeach was because of his abolition of the PORK BARREL.

But look at now... PORK allocation has been doubled. Yum2x.

tymsa, why do we have to talk bout this nga CLEARED na man ni sa Ombud c Abalos & other Comelec officials? humana ni sa Ombud oi. humana man sab gani ni sa SC. The SC declared null and void the ambitious P1.2-B automation project of Comelec amid allegations that massive kickbacks attended the deal...

no, and naa na man kaso..but unsaon nimo ang kaso kng ang tawo wala diha? we all speculate nga dili ra c Joc2x lagi, but saun cya man ang top boss sa DA...he holds most of the answers.

“Lahat ng paratang kay Bolante kinakailangang harapin niya, especially ngayon na private citizen na siya” , saidi Ermita/feb2007

AFAIK, Joc2x still has 2 yrs at US Court of Appeals, & maybe another 3 yrs at the US supreme court.

"In the US, just like any other 1st world countries, there are no compromises. The merit is on the case & the evidences. Bolante’s ASYLUM case is dragging. If Bolante comes home to the Phils, he is dead meat. At least in the US, prison is decent. Bolante is probably glad his case is dragging too."

may be that's one reason Erap was impeached but that's just speculation. and what's wrong w/ the pork barrel? kng tarungon na ug gamit, dako kau ma tabang sa countrysides...and of course it is justifiable to increase it. economics 101 ra na. we have inflation, increase in construction prices, fuel, labor cost, etc...blema lang is the bigger the pork barrel, the bigger the possible kickbacks...hehe

Somebody from the church can cross check if this is true?

    Lozada, opposition ‘blackmailing’ church
    http://www.gmanews.tv/story/83900/Lo...hurch---Palace

Malacañang accused ZTE witness Rodolfo Noel Lozada Jr Saturday of resorting to “blackmail" to pressure the Catholic Church into throwing its support behind him.

Presidential Management Staff head Cerge Remonde said reports that Lozada threatened to convert to another religion betrays he has ulterior motives in his "truth crusade."

"Si Lozada kung ayaw suportahan, he threatened lalabas ng simbahang Katoliko . This shows what kind of persons these people are," Remonde said on government-run dzRB radio.

He also scored other groups for putting pressure on the Catholic Church by demanding, for instance, an accounting of ad expenses of Church-run Radio Veritas because of advertisements from government agencies, including the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

Remonde said such calls smack of tactics to "pressure" media.

"Mga tactic yan to pressure media. That to me will have a chilling effect on media. Wala pa sila sa poder they are pressuring media, kung ganyan ang attitude wala pa sa kapangyarihan you can imagine the attitude pag sa kapangyarihan na," he said.

Mao gani... homana sa ombudsman, gi clear? kadakong bolilyaso ato... even administrative charges wala man lng gani? Sa tanan palpak ato... wala jud sad-an. Yep SC has resolve that the deal was anomalous, problema lng kay dili ka file ang SC thus giving the ombudsman ultimatum to work on this issue. A perfect point of the SITTING powers of the current ombudsman, not doing anything until they were given ultimatum.

dili ba d i nato pwede i-extradite? The funny thing is this government is not pushing everything they've got to make this person go home and face his charges.

kng tarungon na ug gamit, dako kau ma tabang sa countrysides...and of course it is justifiable to increase it. economics 101 ra na. we have inflation, increase in construction prices, fuel, labor cost, etc...blema lang is the bigger the pork barrel, the bigger the possible kickbacks...hehe
    kung tarungon... pangotana... gitarong ba?

Anyways... OT na ta... these are just one of the reasons why I can't believe in this administrations fight against corruption... big cases pareho ani... wala man gani na prosecute, nga klaro na kaau.

bulilyaso? what did the united opposition do? what did the militant groups do? are they FOR DISPLAY ONLY?...they are here for a purpose and that's one of their jobs to see to it way bias sa kaso...kng na cleared sa Ombud and null and void sa SC, did they ever complain?

do u have that link or article nga ang SC gave ultimatum to the Ombud to take action again? kng humana sa Ombud ug humana SC, mubalik pa diay na? naa pa diay ni sa Court of Appeals?

dili lagi pwede ky tua pa ang iyang asylum case sa US court of appeals...nya muad2 pa na sa US Supreme Court...sus, kng pwede pa unta, dugay na gi-extradite c Bolante ky dugay na nadakpan did2 sa US...ilaha man nang balaud so respetaran nlng nato.
