why is it called "mudslinging" when one questions the validity of the COC when some entries contained therein are misrepresented? is it for lack of a better word? the filing of COC's is the most basic and integral part of the whole election process. it's either you have it or you don't and if you filed for one, was the filing in accordance to the rules? and that's not mudslinging. that's called common sense.

is it mudslinging then if one wants to know the veracity of a certain document? "following instructions and submission of pertinent documents", that's what it's all about. it's been taught in school, at work or any place where we need to take exams or fill up a form.

it's basic. if one doesn't comply then he's out. simple.

it's not mudslinging.

It's already been 3 occasions, where goons from ouanos' camp, consisting of teddy's personal bodyguards and even policemen from mandaue city, beat up youths supporting the cortes side.....
1-----was a gay.....this happened in bakilid , think this was before the signing of COC's
2.....Early April.......The cousin of hon. Glen Bercede ,was beaten up by bodyguards of Ouano, even active policemen of mandaue took part in the scene, even aiming M-16 to the youngsters, and the boys were even brought to the new mactan bridge daw, (bcn kasahuson ta to nila)........good thing some youth saw the incident and followed the policemens van, and maybe the police and their goons saw they were followed, then brought the boys to the precinct..........nakita pa man gani to si teddy bear sa news that nyt......nag hilas2x, napod sa news, saying di daw cya ma hadlok bisan kinsa..... juz because of the posting of posters,.....OMG
3......April 23, still poster boys of hon. Jonas cortes, wer beaten up by policemen of mandaue(...those known loyal to the teddy bear)......., the boys were planted "chakorno"........the policebears charged the boys with " carrying of deadly weapon"........

as u can see, countless forms of violations of law and abuse of power, is shown in teise occasions.....this is juz an example of what they are like.........
