I noticed that CDO is nearing an investment bubble particularly in mall development. For the past 5 months or so, i noticed the obvious reduction of foot traffic particularly in Ket Kai and SM. Added to that is the entry of Pure Gold that will definitely affect the upper class supermarket sector. Obviously the real winner here are the consumers. More choices!

OT: I'm quite surprised the guy hasn't died yet of lung cancer? Could it be that nicotine tar smoke is his oxygen?
