    just be patient sa aq nabasahan previous d ni makamatay just an andrenaline rush nga overacting positive ta!!!! kaya jud ni!!!! mawala rani !! God is always in our side

    I think you should see a psychiatrist and undergo medical treatment arun ma.determine whether you have bipolar disorder. Avoid lang siguro nang self diagnose kai dangerous pud na for your mental state.

    Basi, bro, you need a break...basi fast ra kaau imo day or life and ma.fatigue ka at the end of the day.

    Yeah, positive jud ta and aware ta sa symptoms anang Anxiety because it attacks in camouflage. Before you knew it, na.infiltrate naka.

    Awareness ang important ani. Know the symptoms and signs, once mu.ki.at ni anxiety, pencils down dawun and rest or go out on a vacation then let your body breath and relax.

    Bro, ang reason nako ani g.share para ma.aware ta, and not to get paranoid. Mao bitaw daghan magka anxiety attack because wala kibalo ang uban sa mga tell-tale signs ana.

    I'm here to aware the people and not to scare them.

    Anxiety disorder? No, wala ko ana...but na.overfatigue lang ko one time, and I don't like it.
