ayaw sa ninyo i.rush...mas maayo kng naa ta physical conditioning before mokatkat...im sure you guys wouldnt want your bodies to be suddenly strained labi na literal jd ang "katkat" didto...kng gs2 jd mo mokatkat dayon, start na mog jogging ginagmay...

the time i went for the RCPI climb, i was just notified a day before the actual climb date...no physical conditioning churva was ever prepared. wala sad gani ko kaprepare og tarong sa akong mga gamit. our mission was just to start at 6 am at guadalupe and take our schoolmates up to the peak at 12 noon, rest, play a bit of games then descend and go home in the afternoon. as i was on the trail, kay lagi walay kundisyon, pwerteng kapuya intawn..samot na pag.uli namo..when i arrived at my boarding house, wa na gyud ko'y nabuhat but to lie down diretso sa akong bed with my backpack at my side and sleep...wa n gani ko ka.dinner..
