The one and only time nga na admit ko sa ospital, several years ago, I was taken very good care of by the nurses na assigned sa akoa. They were all so kind and helpful.

You can do both, work on your requirements for abroad and stay with RICU. having long years of experience sa Hemodialysis is really a great thing. mga kauban namu sa heart center dati tag 5-7-10 years usa mo abroad pag abot sa gwas dako na kaayog sweldo....

if u can do 'em all...if time and money isnt a problem on ur side then, take ur best shot!!! ikaw ray makatubag ani tanan kung unsa and asa ka kutob imo self. honestly, kung malusutan ni nimo tanan...u r not at a losing end but the other way around! the winner takes it all nya ka puhon!

true, DAVITA and FRESENIUS here are giving gud rates and do consider ur experience sa pinas pa. the easiest job of all matud pa nila ky di ikaw ang mu-hook up sa patients (basi depende each state pod) ky ang mga techs nimo ra ang mo buhat ana. urs will be the assessment and monitoring, meds and discharge. ang set back lang ky longer inyo shifts if u work in clinics like those i mentioned, 14hr shift. BUT if u get lucky u can get into ACUTE HD then hayahay paka sa nangamatay! 1:1 ang patient ky mga inhouse admissions man ni sila usually. batasan ra nila imo antusan!

so, if i were u...i will prioritize but if i can do them all, i will go for it gyud!
