Hehehe. I work in Accenture and it's one of the greatest company I've known so far. I'm One of the pioneering hires sa Cebu. I'm from IT solutions, and since we adhere to our core values, I cannot tell much about what is at stake inside the company.

With regards to dress code, yep strikto sila but dili ingon ana ka-OA nga hasta panyo checkupon. As long as you wear the appropriate attire (slacks na dili cotton and longsleeve or polo barong for male, sa bae wa ko masweto mas kuti man gd ilaha daghan kaayong arte...hehehe), di man ka sitahon sa gwardya. bisan mag maong ka during office hours di man gani ka sitahon, HR ra musita nimo.

regarding sa contractual, kung ikaw mangaply ka, you are always asked whether you will accept it or not.

For Cebu, basta watch out lang mo sa mga hiring coz daghan man opening, murag 3 floors pa gani na sa accenture sa pioneer bldg wa pa ma-occupy. Soon soon... Basta pag IT namo kay laos ng nursing. Regarding sa sweldo, no comment ko. For engineers, if you prefer mepza, average salary sa MEPZ company, plus 150% sa accenture. di lang ko magsaba pila coz its confidential. kadtong mga taga accenture nga nisaba sa sweldo....
