taud2 ko wala ka balik diri dah. na busy sa bakasyon for 5 days sa Cebu. it was most enjoyable and unforgettable but im back on track. 2 days in a row nako balik sa gym kay murag gi skip sa ang diet for 5 days kay boring pud mag diet2 nga gabakasyon. pero wala raman kau ko ni gain, siguro mga 1-2 kg kay grabe man pud ang kinaunay. hope everyone here is still committed to the goal we have all initially started. unsay updates people?

akong normal nga weight jud before is 120lbs. since active kog sports before. but when i started working, for four years, ni-abot kog 205lbs. can u imagine that?? i was really alarmed. so what i did, nag start kog running last 2011. pag 2012, i can remember akong weight ky naa sa 165lbs na. ang poblema, nakaundang napud kog run then wala nako ga diet. before, what i did is, dili ko mag rice. instead, camote akong replacement. but karon, nagpalabi nako. mao na 2months ago, ni-abot nasad kog 180lbs. na-alarm napud ko. so unsa akong gibuhat, nag vegetarian nalang ko (started two weeks ago). every morning: i eat cucumber and carrots, lunch: tomatoes and carrots/cucumber, dinner: milk, tomatoes. at the moment, 167lbs ako timbang. i also run twice a week. i also eat apples if gutmon ko or any fruit. mag fish ko or chicken during weekends.
akong goal nga weight karon is 120lbs. hopefully soon.
naa man to gidevice ang usa ka Pinoy doctor on how to eat right based sa size sa imo hand/fist
fruits = eat a serving the same size of your FIST (beware of fruits high in sugar)
vegetables = eat a serving the same size as your OPEN HAND
protein = eat a serving the same size as your FIST (it should be pure lean meat. do not include bones, fats and skin)
carbs = eat a serving the same size as half of your CUPPED HAND
mao pud na ang order sa pagkaon nimo. eat fruits first, then veggies and so on. this is based on the principle that what we eat first, we eat the most. also, eating the fruits and veggies first will help them release their enzymes better.
diba kita rice eater man jud ang pinoy. mao jud ang una nga kan.on nato nya ang fruits ang himoong dessert.
rice is easily digested man gud and dali siya maconvert into sugar that's why if rice eater jud dali ra gutmon.
whereas fruits and veggies are rich in fiber and dili sila dali madigest that's why if mao na unahon ninyo kan.on, mas dugay mo gutmon.

i did a "no rice" diet..
krn wla nah au ko mngita ug rice..
krn, i drink lemon+honey juice..
ang akong sulanan sa tubig is about 2liters and mhurot xa nko dri sa opisina.
sometimes mgrefill pko..
kani nga klase nah juice, i do not know pero mura man ko pirmi busog.. and I like the taste.
sauna asluman ko pero krn n.anad nah and mgpangita nko..
now, wla ko khbalo sko weight krn but i noticed, gagmay nlng ko intake sa fud..
tungod guro ni nga pirmi busog akong feeling..
