But they should also consider those vehicles coming from old bridge. The road there is around only three lane but due to heavy volume in that area it may turn to 4 lane(5 if some jeepneys are inserting to the right), Maybe they can adjust a little to increase the "go" time, not literally to make it greater than the red time because I know that's impossible. 50 seconds of go in state A is not really enough.     Naa na tingali na sila formula (Traffic Engineering formula) on how to set the time for GO/STOP/CAUTION in each section of the intersection. And I think the supplier of the Traffic system incorporated a training module on how to design/calculate a traffic system, basing on time,volume,road,sections,intersections, etc.
    Since traffic is evolving,dapat sila pud sa engineering mag evolve sad...so, the key here is dapat naay trending and monitoring sa volume sa traffic sa tanan karsada sa mandaue...mao pud nga dapat dynamic ang traffic control...mo adjust sa time o period nga lean or heavy ang volume.

    If wala sila ana nga Engineering method, aw, mata-mata ra diay tingali na ang pag-set sa time...mao na magkagubot usahay kay if matsambahan, hapsay ang dagan...if sipyat, puerting gubota...pero usually more on the sipyat ra ba na if mata-mata lang.

    Yup i do hope naay traffic engineering formula. The SCATS (Traffic light system of Cebu City) has a formula, and mao na ila pag compute sa time each intersection, but not all intersections sa Cebu kay ing ani kay ang uban fixed ra ang time. Ang gigamitan pag formula is mostly kato naa sa downtown nga mga intersections, that's why coordinated sad ang timing. Ila sensor is located under the asphalt. Dynamic ang time.

    Well, ok ra man diud ang sa mandaue, and hopefully naay formula, or ma activate lang ang sensors niya kana naa sa kilid nga murag camera kay I think none of these intersections kay gigamitan na og sensors.     i hope mailisan lang diud, katong manual pa ang traffic lights diha katong gibitay pa sa tunga kay di man unta to ing ana ka taas diud ang line sa stop sa A. ambot lng kaha ngano karon taas diud kaayu ang line maabot na lang gud sa mai nature spring dapit. nga ma 4 lane na ang mga sakyanan instead of 3 lane lang.

    naa na sa ila budget ang cctv for command center nila...including cctv for city hall premises.
