Indeed. You're just basing on a mere thread title. One has to consider a lot of factors prior to arriving with such conclusion especially the long term benefit/cost ratio which is pretty obviously more inclined to BRT.

I'll leave you a question, why would World Bank support such project?

    Hehehe Just a thought.
Nindot aunta kn maayo lang atung government & pagdala sa money from the tax.
Nindota unta na katong tanan jeepney drivers will be hired and trained to operate the public transport na igo mka entertain ug foreigners ug mga tourist visitors, and kn mahimo i-improved pud to ang jeepney na nka specific lang ang rout pra dili pd kaayo pataka dagan lang ang jeep. Previous drivers from Jpneys will be paid & trained to communicate properly and also will be disciplined.
Taxi wil be developed and improvised by government authorities, pero seems ang taxi is owned by different local investor. I group nalang pd to cla and let them invest by this na organized na project to buy more units and improve the cabs to be a taxi. So Jeepney & taxi drivers will be now driving in a proper ways with disciplined; but off course mag agi gihapon cla monthly seminar pra ma maintain nila ang ilang ways.

Hehehe Just a day dreaming. Anyway libre man sad mangarap. ^___^

No scheduling, no dedicated road for the buses, no proper planning. Definitely unlike Cebu's BRT. It's not going to work either way. Tagalogs are nothing but a beacon of ultra-failure.
