Good day,That is really the plan,to breed this birds.Im still waiting for my female h.e. to mature.Tried handling a black shaheen and a rufous bellied h.e. they are smaller than my male h.e. but I love the black shaheen, hope to acquire one of those in the future.Need to do a lot of research about AI.Not in a hurry though, need to concentrate more on the training and handling first. One step at a time. How many c. goshawk you've got?I have a spar. here, still waiting for it to molt.Spar and Gos are the perfect falconry bird in our field. Are you from cebu?

Sorry I really forgot..Pls text me back your email ad.Im afraid I lost it in my inbox...
Ryt now i have 3 c.gos 2 adult and sub adult female and 1 adult already male. a female PHE 900 grams and a 3 year old female CHE 1,750grams acquired chick. i've been to peregrine, kite, kestrel, falconet, scoops owl and sparrowhawk. what i like with goshawk is the size, and size of prey can catch also weight management is easy compare to sparrowhawk and kestrel. kite is just for flying display. owl very good at night with house rat. falcons consume food alot compare to accipiter. also the mute is much more. every hour falcon mute 4 to 5 times unlike hawk.
I'm from manila, my place of quarry here is 16 hectare woodland in the heart of city. thats the reason y i preferred hawk. I agree with you, sparrowhawk and gos are perfect falconry bird here in our field. thats also the reason i'm aiming to breed my goshawk using A.I. got a few background of it na din.
good to hear that.Hopefully you can breed them.so,you hunt with your h.e.?what quarry do you fly them to?id like to know.i havent heard there using there bird for hunting.hopefully you can post pics or videos here.which part of manila are you hunting?keep it up my friend...
i dont hunt with my h.e. here just recall and if training her to hunt just lure, quail and adult white leg horn chicken coz very dangerous if she flys to the roof of my neighbor house. airgun rifle is around the corner. unlike my sparrowhawk and kestrel unnoticable. il look for clips of my old video from cp. i have nobody to take video here kasi.
i'm at bulacan area and this lot im using is old farm almost a decade abandoned thats y trees are growing tall already.
I see.I fly my H.E. with pegeons, stray chickens, rats, she loves garter snakes.Easy catch for her. Will be flyin them in the field this summer. Its flooded this time of season there.Hopefully the spar's feathers will be complete at that time. Its perfect there.lots of small birds at that season...Can you post pics of your c. goshawk?Thank you...
