the district head and the employees said lately that some of the hiway patrol or traffic management group(dont know the name but either of the two) dont know what they are doing and maybe didnt clearly see and understand the papers....WHAT? thats not an excuse, they should do their job and duty precisely and honestly...i think they just wanted something...i didnt know about the under protest thing its the liason already inform me about it but i dont want some hasles but it would also be better if i will protest for their negligence and not knowing the law that they should know because they are the so called law officers...
