Ampatuan faces multiple murder raps

MANILA, Philippines—Datu Unsay mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr. faces charges of multiple murder, the Department of Justice said Thursday.

Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera, together with Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito Zuno, will perform the inquest at the General Santos City airport.

If proven guilty in court, Ampatuan will be jailed for life without possibility of parole.

Yes they can deny all they want but if the evidence will be pointing at them....then goodbye Ampatuan.

Right now evidence would be circumstantial like the backhoe, the rift between families etc. They need more collaborating evidence to convict, i hope there are eyewitnesses, militiamen as state witnesses, if not, there might be lack of evidence to overcome the presumption of innocence.

But I pray to our christian gods that this bad muslim(there are lots of good muslims) will suffer .
