    have an ECG done or 2D echo doppler... it may have something to do with the heart rhythm..not jus a psychological problem.

    Hi! Ubay2x na jud wala ko ka visit ani nga thread.. im also having anxiety almost 2 years na thank god so far pila ka thousands na ako na gasto wala mn pud mga major health problem nakita.. mostly likely mga minor lng like allergy, sinusitis, og amoeba.. di na nako maihap pila ka times nko balik2x sa doctor esp. kanang sagunson ko wala'y tulog.. grabeh ako anxiety ana mo KICK-IN jud maayo. gamay bikil or gamay sakit dagan doctor dayon.. now i'm learning and understand what is the real pain and pain were it all comes from your mind in short ANXIETY ra.. bitaw.. many times nko EKG, blood test, ESR, etc. so far normal raman.. but i am taking medication now which is Atenolol 100mg but before 50mg pa karon gi increase sko doctor kay reason dli na epekto sko 50mg kay buntag sayo gamay lihok sa balay palpate nako then pun-an pa sa KULBA mao mo samot na noon then resulta PANIC ATTACK daun.. dagan doctor daun unya pag abot sa CLINIC or HOSPITAL.. CHOK! 110/60 ra diay.. hahahaha! but better safe than sorry nlng pero usahay mka dismaya og labaw na imo kauban murag mapulhan nmo.. we can't blame them kay aside sa financial maapek2han ang time pa jud.. so what i did, i bought my own auto. blood pressure monitor.. so everytime feeling nko murag ma anxiety ko labi na magHOUT ako dughan or upper abdomen. BP dayon ko then pag BP normal ra diay so ako buhaton is RELAX.. RELAX lng jud.. find a way nga ma comfort ka.. i know it's hard but you can do it.. salig lng sa BP, tambal, doctor nmo og mga tawo palibot nmo or kung naa mo'y member sa family nga NURSE mas maayo pa BP mo manual kay di mn sad 100% accurate monitor pero para nako OK raman as long as 1-2 years pa imo BP monitor.. so mao 2.. if mabalaka mo Heart attack, everytime mag Anxiety ka timan-e ang imo mga symptoms.. then dpat tagaan nmo atleast 10mins kay if dli mo improve imo symptoms then call ambulance or go to doctor.. if mag anxiety ka.. keep taking BP every 5 minutes or so. if NORMAL ra gani you don't have to worry more.. ang akoa kay naanad nmn ko mao kabalo ko unsa'y nga ANXIETY jud ni akoa if magHOUT ako dughan BP dayon ko then relax tpos inaato lng.. MAWALA ra bya pud.. pero WORST ni ako Anxiety kay pati ako pagkaon maapektuhan nmn.. mura ko malumos mo kaon ko i mean mo deep breath jud ko mao na undang nlng ko kaon kay bcin nya mutok-an ko.. so kamo, goodluck sa inyo then less stress pra less worry gyud.     P.S i hate Atenolol mao gyud ni hinungdan nga grabeh ako Muscle pain.. tanan part sko muscle sakit unya kapoy permi.. gusto nko ni undangan then mag exercise nlng ko kay lisud ni Atenolol ui kay side-effect di mabang2x samot na first take pa nmo mag-adjust pa imo lawas grabeh lagi side-effect 1 month jud suffer mura gud ko zombie ato...

    ^^ Maka relate gyud ko sa mga post ninyu I've been through that aswell.

    Another part of the solution is getting enough sleep, if ma achieve nimu 7 to 8hrs of sleep everyday it will speed up ur recovery while combining healthy eating and mild exercises. Base on experience duration of my recovery is couple of months gyud follow gyud nimu ang routine. I believe this is a psychology thing tungod sa stress and lack of relaxation Dali mu trigger ang panic attacks. A trick for me b4 pra mawala ako panic attack try using white flower mka relax xa hehe I did get all those ECG 2d echo and all and even did this twice in a year negative ang results all normal. Naa gyud na sa brain that leads ur heart into panic mode. Ingnon sila meditation, yoga and other relaxing and brain chuva will help. What I hate today is I still remember those panic attacks I had and thinking about it when I get to malls and going long rides will somehow retriger my panic thinking pero I've somehow found a way to gather myself and get my whiteflower.. Tada! Lastly for me avoid og pabusog mka trigger pud ni dali tka ma out of breath during long walks. Pede Raman ginagmay kaon Nya balik Ned ka eat after an hour ginagmay pd if gutom ghpn..     but good thing nga tanan symptoms imo na feel is all your mind.. unsaon nlng tinood beh like HA.. pero sometimes mka embarrass lagi kay abi plang BOANG ta.. but may nlng ni ui kysa Heart Attack jud SIMBAKO!!!
