hi everyone, im planning to apply in wipro, i recently resign in cvg (sprint acount) i have been in cvg for at least 2 yrs and 8 months, my questions are : how much is the starting salary with reference sa akong experience? and is it true that in BT the schedule is fix 3pm to 12 midnight with sat-sun RD?, your answers will be appreciated, thanks!!!

starting salary depends really on the experience as what i know. i am also from cvg and i have different basic salary compred to my other teamates, people working in wipro have different basic salaries. sa schedule, depende pud kung asa ka na queue ma under. ang sched krn is 4pm to 1am, sat-sun ang rd, ang uban queue kay dli same sa amua.

kung naa ka nabutang sa mga business queue sa BT.. sat-sun off nya 4-1am jud na sched, payts au!
pero kung sa consumer.... sagol jud ang sched! mag start ang shift 4 or 5 pm, ang last mo in kay 8pm! mostly split RD.... pero ok ra gihapon.. d man pressure calls..heheh

only HR can tell you that mam. try lng apply2 pra tagaan ka job offer den anha ka kahibaw sa salary nah. agen, dri sa wipro lain2 sweldo ang mga taw, dli pareha ug basic mga taw dri.

about sa sweldo hr ray maka tubag ana...
kung BT kay fix 3pm-12mn or 4pm-1am
since dst pa ron 4pm-1am or 5pm-2am
some queues kay fix sat sun ang off

pero uban queues like one bill and broadband na.ay saturday

queues like cred ref kay na.ay sat - sun na work...

ang ila gi hire dire og maayo kay ang 156 man na queue lol...

naa ba part time sa wipro?

yes, pero ambot karon ga hire paba sila og part timers

Nag handle ang Wipro ug "airline account?" Naa sad ba sila part time ani or lahi na account ang part time kng naa pd part time sila?

sauna ang UAL dire sa wipro... pero nawala man kay tungod sa recession, pati sa india na UAL wagtang pud

strict bah ang wipro sa mga agents??.. ni apply ko diha sauna 2years ago after ko ni resign PS karon tagak ko sa sykes ni backout ko pagkakita nako sa mo interview kay indian....hehe.. dili bah lisod ang account??.. naa ko officemate diwi sykes start cya wipro pag march 1 iya basic kay 18k (WOW!!!!).. outbound daw.. sales ni nga account??..
