* best way is to bulk up in a half year or more (that means you have to eat more and lift heavy)... and diet to get ripped... my research and experiment worked well for me...
* building muscle and losing weight at same time? its possible... choose the right food, calculate food intake, carbs, protein and fats (good fats + bad fats)... eat healthy...

well, actually the same as dieting but you will have to eat more (2-4x carbs)... this way you can maintain or lose a bit of fat while building muscle...
* Use anabolic steroids. You can build a big amount of muscle (depending on the type of drugs/the way you use it and the way you train/the way you eat), and possible that it can insanely boost your metabolism (again, depending on the type of drugs)... Get big, maintain six packs throughout the year without dieting much...

---- Pro bodybuilders use steroids (stacked, means more than 1-3 types at a time) and EAT BIG, they get really fat and strong... something like apson ang metabolism nila... after bulking up, diet to get ripped down to 1-4% body fat for contest... I havn't tried using steroids (and never will) but i know the theory...
-- building muscle aint easy and quick (even with drugs)... You have to train heavy (squating for less than 100lbs is gay), train hard, train SMART (make sure you are doing it right or else you can't bench all your life anymore), EAT, EAT and EAT for recovery...
PS... Lessen your cardio...
