ahh ok sis...that time, Feb06, wla pa nkastart ang promo sis...the promo started Feb11...yeah it's true naa freebies that time but when you bought it wla pa ngstart ang promo ato, mao wla mahatagi ka freebies cuz there was really no freebies when you purchased it.

sis gitrace jud ni missy yesterday diay sis kai nakonsensya manjud xa about what happened. wla jud diay xa nasayop about the promo kai you have purchased the set before na-announced ang extension sa promo, however, naa mi refund nimo na 50php (instead of 100php) because of the on-going valentine promo: 800php/set.
ingon xa naremember niya that it was already settled thru sms and that you said na sakto diay kai ang promo after naman pagpurchase nimo.
i also understand the value of 100php sis kai dli lalim esp this time na crisis, but that amount is not enough for me to soil our reputation, like i said before, mao i am making it sure to dig into this so i would really know what happen and mao na ang naremember ni missy.

diba sis your name is nera from mandaue? mao ni ang gpasabot ni missy nga nipalit ug daghan items in retail and 1set b together with her friend na after purchasing ni complain daw regarding sa promo but was settled rapud cuz she (nera) realized that the promo started after she was able to purchased the said items.
please don't be mad sis ha cuz i'm just hearing both sides para masort-out ni nko nga issue. and please don't be so mean with your sarcasm cuz i'm just trying to dig the bottom of this situation so we can reach a win-win solution. if you are implying that we are not a reputable seller then i wouldn't have exerted so much effort to make things right. gpasagdan nalang unta ka nako saimo reklamo if i'm a bad seller as you claimed.
